Product description
ALAVA balance board is an effective training tool for improving core stability, coordination, and balance. It easily adds challenge to many familiar home workout movements, making it suitable for anyone who wants to improve their overall strength as well as for advanced board sports athletes. The board comes with a dense cork roller, which can also be used separately for massaging muscles or for Pilates and yoga exercises.
The balance board is specifically designed for comprehensive body control and strength development. Good body control reduces the risk of injury, and balance training helps improve posture and coordination, which is often beneficial in rehabilitative training as well. The level of difficulty can be adjusted: the harder the surface the board is balanced on, the faster it moves.
